What is Little Poppy Co?
Little Poppy Co is a stylish monthly bow subscription. Each month, we design three simple, stylish bows and deliver them straight to your door.
How does a Little Poppy Co subscription work?
Once subscribed, we send you three stylish bows every month that are in line with the season's colors and trends. You can choose between our one-size-fits-all nylon headbands in mini or original or alligator clips in original or oversized. Bows ship at the end of each month (18th-31st) in a fun pink package that makes mail day with your little one so much fun! After the first month your subscription will renew on the 17th of every month after and your bows will ship right to your door.
What are the perks to being a subscriber?
Once you're in the Bow Club you get 40% off all bow and accessories add-ons in the Shop and access to our semi-annual sale. Plus with every purchase you earn points toward becoming a VIP member which means early sneak peeks and a free bow when you hit gold status!

What's in my pink package each month?
The bow subscription comes with three bows perfectly curated for the month, the accessories subscription includes two accessories that match the bows and the bracelet subscription includes three bracelets that coordinate with both!
How much does everything cost?
Subscriptions start at $17.99 per month and domestic shipping is free. You can add on additional subscriptions and pigtail sets to fit your needs, which will increase the monthly price.

I have two daughters. Can I subscribe twice?
Yes, when you are going through the subscribe process you can choose how many sets you want each month.
When can I expect my first shipment of bows?
Your first shipment will be the 18th – 31st of the month. Once your pink package has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I try just one box?
Our monthly $19.99 subscription is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.
What is sneak peek?
Sneak peek is a preview of the coming month's bows. Each month we post a preview of the bows that will be headed your way on our social media accounts and via sms text.

Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can log into your account and edit your email under "account settings."
Can I customize my bows?
All subscribers receive the same set of bows each month. You can choose between our one-size-fits-all nylon headbands in mini or original bows or reversible alligator clips in original or oversized bows, and can add additional sets of bows and/or pigtail sets. You can also visit ourSubscriberShop to purchase additional products that will ship with your monthly set of bows.
Can I have multiple bow subscriptions under one account?
Yes, you can have more than one subscription on your account. This works great if you want to ship to more than one address. If you just want multiple sets of bows, you can add-on to a single subscription.

How do I change my address?
You can update your address by logging into your account and clicking "manage" under your subscription. Your address needs to be updated by the 16th of the month to guarantee your next shipment is delivered to the updated address.
How can I reactivate my account?
You can reactivate your subscription any time by logging back into your account and clicking "reactivate" under "your subscriptions."
Help! I forgot my password.
No worries! Click "forgot your password" where you normally log in. Just enter your email address and we will send instructions to reset your password. If you need additional help, please email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com
How can I update/change my subscription?
You can easily update your subscription by logging into your account and clicking "manage" next to your subscription. You can add or remove three-bow subscriptions and pigtail sets at any time. Please be sure to hit "update" on the popup to ensure your preferences are updated.
If you are updating your subscription AFTER the 16th of the month you will receive one more shipment with your current preferences. Your changes will go into effect following your next renewal.
Help! I received the wrong bows.

Help! I'm missing bows/products I added from the Subscriber Shop.
We are so sorry you are missing something from your order. Please remember that add-ons purchased from the Subscriber Shop AFTER the 16th will not ship with your monthly subscription. If your purchase was made before the 16th, please email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com so we can get it fixed right away.
Can I return my order?
Because our bows are seasonal we don't offer returns. If there is a problem with your bows, please email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com so we can get you taken care of! The clothing return policy can be found here.
Can I exchange my bows?
Unfortunately, we don't allow exchanges on subscription bows. If there is a problem with your bows, please email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com so we can get you taken care of!
Help! My bows arrived damaged.

Can I cancel a 6 or 12 month subscription?
Our 6 and 12 month subscriptions cannot be cancelled until the term of the subscription is up. If you email hello@littlepoppyco.com the Bow Squad can opt you out of the auto renewal at the end of your initial subscription term. If you do not reach out to cancel at the end of the term, you will continue to be charged monthly until you cancel.
The Bows
Where are your bows produced/manufactured?
Our bows are thoughtfully designed in Draper, Utah and are handmade overseas.
What is the Classics Collection subscription?
The Classics Collection will feature one mystery bow per month as an add-on subscription. These timeless bows will be staples in your collection for years to come. The Classics Collection is available in pigtails (two matching clip bows, single headband or single clip. The Classics Collection is only available as an add-on for current subscribers. To add, go to your account page and click "add products" to select which style you would like to add.
Can I buy bows from previous months?
Yes, if we have extra inventory we put them in our Subscriber Shop for our subscribers to purchase the following month.
How do I convert my bows from headbands to clips?
If you are ready to convert your headbands to clips you can purchase our conversion kits in the Subscriber Shop. These kits should convert most of our bows easily but some older bows may not be compatible. We've created a quick video to show you how to convert. Click here to watch!
I lost one bow from a previous month, can I get a replacement?
This is one of the main reasons we started this subscription. Losing bows happens a lot and we didn't want you to worry about it because you know you have three new bows showing up soon! If it was a bow you love, we totally feel you! We don't sell the bows individually but you can purchase the entire month again if it's available in the shop!
Is there a cut off for signing up for bows?
To receive the coming month's bows, you need to subscribe before the last day of the month. The cut off could be sooner depending on quantities available. The header of the website will show what bows you will be receiving. For example, if you sign up January 15th your first shipment will of bows will go out January 18th – 31st.
Shipping & Returns
Where's my pink package?
Once your pink package ships you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take around 7 business days before it arrives for domestic shipments and 2-3 weeks if being shipped international.
When will my bows ship?
We ship subscriptions the 18th – 31st of the month.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account and see your tracking info there.
Can I return my order?
Because our products are seasonal and sold for a specific time period we don't offer returns. If there is an issue with your product please email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com so we can help you out.
My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
Tracking can take a day or two to update in the system. If you don't see an update after a few days, email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com so we can help.
Can I get my monthly shipment sooner?
We send all monthly shipments at the same time each month. If you want bows sooner, you can visit our Subscribe rShop and purchase previous month's bows, add-ons, favorites, etc. and select the "quick ship" shipping method for immediate shipping. Quick ship processes within 3-5 business days and will ship vis USPS priority mail.
Packages can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. It's completely normal for a package to go a few days without an update to the tracking. If it's been longer than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can help.My package was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it.
We see a lot of packages show up a day or two after it's been marked delivered. Please give it a few more days and if it doesn't show up, email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com so we can help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but please be advised the recipient is responsible for the country's customs fees and delays.
How do orders ship?
We ship through USPS for domestic orders and DHL for anything going international.
How much is shipping each month?
Shipping within the US is free and international shipping is $5.00 per month. Purchases made in the Subscriber Shop will be added to your monthly shipment at no additional shipping cost.
How much is international shipping?
All international orders ship for $5.00 per month.
Billing
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
When will I be charged?
You are charged as soon as you sign up and on the 17th of every month going forward. If you sign up before the 17th you will not be charged on the coming 17th. Your subscription will auto renew until you cancel it by emailing hello@littlepoppyco.com.
How do I update my billing information?
You can update your payment info anytime by logging into your account, clicking "billing information" , replacing your existing information, and clicking "update" or "save."
I updated my billing information after the regular billing date. When will I receive my package?
If you update your billing information before the 16th, you will receive the coming month's bows.
Can I change my monthly billing date?
No, every renewal happens on the 17th of each month.
I received an email that you weren't able to process my payment. What do I do?
This means your payment did not go through and your subscription was unable to renew. To fix this problem you need to log into your account and update your billing information. If you continue to receive the email after your payment information is updated, please email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com so we can help.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
You can only remove your payment method after your subscription has been cancelled. If you need help removing your payment method while your subscription is active please email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com.
The Shop
What products will I see in the Shop?
You will find lots of fun stuff in the shop. Any available previous monthly bow sets will be here, past favorites, newborn bows, monthly add-ons, additional LPC product lines and other baby products that we love.
What is the Shop?
Once you're in the Bow Club you have access to 40% off our Shop where you will find more bows, accessories and add-ons that can be added to your monthly shipment.
When do products ship from the Shop?
Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout, your order may ship free with your monthly shipment, the 18th – 31st, as long as your order was placed before the 17th. If you want your order sooner you can pay for shipping and your order will ship in 3-5 business days! Excluding during sales, orders over $40 ship free in 3-5 business days.
How much does it cost to ship items from the Shop?
There is no additional shipping if you choose to ship your order with your monthly set of bows. If you want your product sooner you can pay for shipping, which ships at a flat $5.00 rate.
The products I purchased from the Shop weren't included in my package.
All products need to be purchased by the 16th of the month to be included in your coming shipment. If it was after the 16th you will receive them in your next monthly shipment. If you purchased them before the 16th and they are missing from your shipment please email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com so we can help!

Month to month subscribers can place their account on hold for 1 month. To pause, please email hello@littlepoppyco.com.
Gifting
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Yes, you can purchase one of our gift sets under "gift" on our website. This includes a set of bows plus a one-, three-, or six-month subscription that the recipient can redeem at any time.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Yes. All gift sets are sent in a kraft box, tied with a bow, ready to be gifted or sent directly to the recipient.
What if the person I'm buying a gift subscription for is already subscribed?
The recipient will need to email us at hello@littlepoppyco.com with their gift code and we will apply it to their account.
If I buy a gift subscription, will my card be charged each month?
If you purchase a gift set your card will only be charged once for the gift amount. When the recipient signs up using the gift card, their card will auto-renew after the gift period ends. Gift recipients can cancel at any time.
I just ordered a gift subscription, what happens now?
All gift sets ship in 3-5 business days. Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking info. If you are sending the gift directly to the recipient they will be able to choose when they want to redeem/start their subscription. If you subscribed for the recipient their first set of bows will ship during our normal shipping window (18th – 31st).
How do I claim my gift subscription?
As soon as you are ready to start your subscription visit littlepoppyco.com/gift, choose your preferences, and enter your information. When you get to the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift code and it will bring the balance due to $0.
I just claimed my gift subscription but it's asking for payment?
Even though it won't be charged, you must have a credit card on file to start your subscription. Once your gift subscription ends, your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged. If you do not want this to happen, be sure to cancel as soon as you receive your last month of free bows. For example, if you receive a three-month gift subscription, cancel after you receive your third set of bows and your card will never be charged. Be sure to cancel your subscription by the 17th of the following month or your subscription will auto-renew.
I just received a gift subscription but I'm already a member...

Bracelets
Sizing
We offer sizes from 4.5”-7.75” and all bracelets have a .5”-.75” extender for flexibility in sizing.
How do I measure for sizing?
To find the right size, we recommend that you take a string and measure you or your babe’s wrist where it seems comfortable. Then measure that string and choose the closest bracelet size! All bracelet sales are final so please take care in measuring before purchasing.
Safety
We take safety very seriously and have created this jewelry with your child’s safety in mind. All jewelry components are tested for child product safety. All components are free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, and lead. Bracelets are not intended for children 3 years and under.
Materials
Bracelet wire and clasp are gold plated brass. All beads are glass or natural stone.
Coupons
How do I use my coupon?
You can redeem your coupon at checkout.
Help! I have two coupons but only one is working.
You can only use one coupon per order.

What is your sale return policy?
Sale items are final sale.
Can I change my sale order?
No. During any Little Poppy Co. sale orders cannot be combined, changed, cancelled or returned. We try to ship sale orders as quickly as possible and in order to do so we will not be able to make any changes to your sale order.
