What is Little Poppy Co?

A monthly subscription of stylish bows delivered right to your door.

How does it work?

It's super easy! Choose which style of bows you would like (clip vs elastic), sign up, and then wait for your stylish bows to arrive.

What types of bows might you send me?

Each month you receive two simpler bows (felt, leather, ribbon, velvet, etc.) and one speciality bow. The specialty bow will be different every month. The patterns and styles will change each month and will be perfect for the season.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Click here and then click "forgot password?" and follow the steps.

What is nylon stretch elastic?

We use a nude performance nylon elastic for our headband. It is one-size-fits-all so you will be able to enjoy it for much longer and it is super soft and won't leave major indentions in your baby's head. You will love it!

Can I buy a previous months bows?

If you are a current subscriber you can visit our exclusive shop here to see if there are previous months available. All purchases made in our exclusive shop will ship with your next shipment of monthly bows. If you want them sooner you can purchase the "quick ship" product if it is available in the exclusive shop.

Can I switch between the nylon elastic and alligator clip each month?

Yes, we have lots of customers who edit their subscription type each month to get clips one month and elastics the next. Log in to your account to update your style. You need update your subscription by the 18th of the month in order to receive the new style in your next shipment. If you update after the 18th we cannot guarantee you will receive the new style the coming month.

PAYMENT

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged the day you sign up and on the 5th of every month after that. Note: If you sign up between the 1st - 4th your card will not be charged again on the 5th but will start on the 5th of the next month.

How do I update my credit card information on file?

Just log in , select "edit" under Credit Cards, and update your card information.

SCHEDULING

How often will I receive Little Poppy Co bows?

You will receive bows every month. The bows will ship between the 25th and 28th. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, if you no longer want to receive bows log in to your account and you can cancel your subscription. If you cancel after the 4th of the month you will still receive one more set of bows (that you have already paid for).

How can I update my bow style?

Log in to your account and edit your subscription. Updates need to be completed by the 4th to make sure we have enough time to update your subscription before it ships.

SHIPPING

When can I expect my bows to arrive?

Bows ship between the 25th and 28th of each month. Please allow 7-10 business days for them to arrive.

Can I track my package?

Yes, all packages will ship USPS and you will receive a tracking number as soon as they ship.

How can I update my shipping address?

Log in to your account and you can update your information. You need to update your shipping address by the 18th to ensure your bows are delivered to the correct address.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $3.50 per month.

How does international shipping work?

Shipping time can vary and can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive. For those countries that charge customs/taxes on imported goods, Little Poppy Co is not responsible for collecting/charging these fees. Therefore, it is the duty of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.

EXCLUSIVE SHOP

What is the exclusive shop?

The exclusive shop is a shop for active subscribers. As long as you currently have an active subscription you can access the exclusive shop and purchase any products in the shop.

When will my products ship from the exclusive shop?

All products in our exclusive shop ship with your monthly bows (25th-28th). Because of this there is no additional shipping charge on these orders. If you would like your bows to ship sooner please purchase the "quick ship" product in the exclusive shop (if available) and your order will ship in 3-5 business days.

When do I need to order by to guarantee my bows ship with my next month bows?

All purchases made in the exclusive shop by the 18th will ship with your monthly bows. Orders placed after that date will ship with the following months bows.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my bows for a different style?

We are not able to accept exchanges on monthly bows. Please make sure you log in and adjust your bow style by the 4th to ensure you get the style you want.

What if my bows arrived damaged?

In the rare chance that your bows do arrive damaged please notify us within 5 days so we can ship out replacements for you.

GIFTS/PROMOS

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Yes, there are two different options for gifts. You can purchase a gift subscription that will be emailed here . You will enter the recipients information and they will be notified via email of their gift. You can also purchase a gift box in our shop here that will include a set of our monthly bows plus a card to redeem additional month subscriptions. You can pick between a one, three, or six month subscription for both gift subscription options.  Gift subscriptions do not auto renew.

I have a promo code how do I use it?

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Only one coupon code can be used per order.
